TIP!

PAINTING FLOWERS -

Start by painting flowers whilst they are freshly picked

.Try to pick in the early morning certainly not mid-day. You can draw them lightly first with a soft pencil and then apply the paint. Flowers generally will change quite soon after picking so it can be frustrating when trying to complete their beauty with the paint. Foliage lasts longer so can be added at a later stage. Of course the other option is to paint them where they grow!
